Answer: Actual expenditures for Legal Fees for 2010 – $6,488,537 and for 2012 – $5,645,834.
Question:  February Legal Fees is reported at $0.  Is that accurate?
Answer: Yes. It is shown as the amount paid . We did not receive the processed
invoice paperwork until first week in March.
