School Attendance Areas to Alleviate Cross Keys Cluster Overcrowding for the 2016-2017 School Year

Agenda Item – Cross Keys Cluster Redistricting
The Superintendent’s recommended redistricting plan includes the following:
- Redistrict approximately 61 students from Woodward ES to Briar Vista ES
- Redistrict approximately 269 students from Montclair ES to Fernbank ES
- Redistrict approximately 394 students from Montclair ES to Former ISC
- Redistrict approximately 444 students from Dresden ES to Montclair ES
- Redistrict approximately 301 students from Cary Reynolds ES to Dresden ES
- Redistrict approximately 232 students from Cross Keys HS to Chamblee HS
This recommendation will result in a net reduction of approximately 30 portable classrooms in the Cross Keys Cluster and a significant reduction in overcrowding for next school year.
