Partnership with the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) – Whole School Change Two-Year Program
Summary
The goal of partnering with IIRP is to reduce the number of suspensions, create student reflection and accountability, meet the needs of students with respect to taking into account processes that empower teachers, students and families, and create environments that are safe and conducive for learning for all students based on mutual respect and positive behaviors. Six (6) identified schools will engage in “whole-school change,” training and development. The six (6) schools have been identified based on student data, principal buy-in and Regional Superintendent guidance.

Financial Impact
The costs for the two-year comprehensive process which includes training, consultation, internal and external stakeholder processes, and materials for the Restorative Practices Whole-School Change is not to exceed
$398,192.00
