Summary
In 2009 Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. and the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) entered into a five year exclusive beverage agreement through the award of RFP #09-20 District Wide Beverage Services that would expire on December 31, 2013. The terms and conditions of the agreement allow extensions for up to five (5) additional one-year periods upon mutual written agreement. DCSD is extending year three (3) of the additional one-year periods.
